Hot chips & take-away food

I think hot chips and take-away food are not useful for our health if you take them for a long time. Because these junk food could cause some disease like cancer. That is terrible specially for young people. Their diet is usually not healthy and they take time irregularly. If you often eat fast-food, you have more chances of getting obse. I hope people can eat more healthy food, vegetables and fresh fruit every day. It's very important to get much nutrition from variety of food.
